Shipping is available for most items through Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and service level. In addition to postage, packaging and handling charges will apply and will be added to the buyer’s invoice.
For buyers located outside of Canada, shipments may be sent via UPS. International buyers are solely responsible for all duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and any other import-related costs imposed by their country.
All shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipment. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at the time of registration.

3. Pickup Requirements

Deadline: You have 7 days from sale date to pick up your items.
Preferred pickup days: Thursday to Saturday after the sale.

4. Storage Fees
Items left longer than 7 days will incur a mandatory $5–$20 per week storage fee.
This charge is non-negotiable and must be paid before item release.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available.
Process:
We confirm your shipping address by phone or email.
Payments can be made by:
• Two e-transfers (invoice + shipping separately), or
• Phone-in credit card.
Packaging and quoting take a few days — thank you for your patience.
6. Item Condition & Refund Policy
Refunds depend strictly on the condition noted in the listing:
• “Working” ? You have 7 days from the sale date to report an issue.
• “Untested” ? No refunds.
• No condition listed ? No refunds (usually estate or untested items).
Late reports may not be eligible for refund.
