Firearm & Ammunition Sale #32 — Closes Tuesday June 9 @ 7pm
1 lot closes every 30 seconds. Bids within the final 60 seconds extend that lot by 2 minutes.
Bidding is a binding contract. Placing a bid commits you to pay for the item, including buyer's fee, taxes, and any storage or shipping costs. No cancellations.
1. Firearm Pickup & PAL Requirements
The winning bidder must pick up their firearm in person. Firearms cannot be released to anyone other than the registered buyer — no third-party pickup.
PAL information is collected at registration. If there are any issues with your information, we will contact you after the auction. A reference number must be issued by the CFO before your firearm can be released. Please do not attempt to pick up a firearm until you have been notified that your reference number is ready.
We sell non-restricted firearms only.
2. Trigger Locks (Required)
A trigger lock and key are included with each firearm:
Standard firearms — $3 each
Lever-action firearms — $10 each
3. Buyer's Fees & Taxes
10% internet buyer's fee on all purchases
2% processing fee on credit card payments
Taxes apply where applicable
4. Payment
Invoices are emailed by 9:30am the day after the sale. Credit cards on file are charged within 24 hours of the auction ending. Unpaid invoices on day 7 will be charged storage plus the card on file.
Accepted: Cash, Debit, Certified Cheque, Visa/Mastercard (2% fee), E-transfer to mcsherry.payments@gmail.com
Do not send e-transfers to mcsherryltd@gmail.com — they will not be deposited.
5. Pickup
12 Patterson Drive, Stonewall, MB R0C 2Z0
Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm, closed 12–1pm daily. Closed Sundays.
Items must be paid and picked up within 6 calendar days of the sale ending. Storage charges begin day 7, even on paid invoices. Items left beyond 30 days may be treated as abandoned and resold — even if paid for. Arrange extended storage in advance if needed.
Weekly storage rates (charged per invoice based on the largest item):
Shelf / small items — $15
Pallet / furniture — $35
6. Shipping
Firearms can be shipped within Canada only. Ammunition cannot be shipped and must be picked up in person. Contact us after the auction with your details. Packaging and quoting take a few days — thanks for your patience.
7. Terminology Used in Listings
PA — Pump Action
BA — Bolt Action
SA — Semi-Automatic
LA — Lever Action
SS — Single Shot
DB — Double Barrel
LR — Long Rifle
.22 S-L-LR — rifle accepts .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle cartridges
8. Condition & Refunds
Refunds depend on the condition noted in the listing:
Working — report issues within 5 days of the sale
Untested — no refunds
No condition listed — no refunds
All items sold as-is, where-is. Review descriptions and photos before bidding. We do not guarantee completeness, functionality, or accuracy beyond what is written.
