YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT USED FOR PAYMENT WITH MCSHERRY AUCTION SERVICE UNLESS YOU CALL IT IN. ICOLLECTOR DOES NOT DO OUR BILLING AND WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
Pickup + Storage Fees:
Invoices are sent out sale night by email. Thursday-Saturday is preferred pickup as we need to clear inventory out to make room for more. Buyers have 7 days to pickup their items (the following Wednesday by End of Day). Effective since 2023, we Charge a $5-$20 storage Fee each week items are not picked up. This is non-negotiable as it is crucial the product picked up and our shop stays organized.
Shipping:
If you are out of province, we will ship to you by Canada Post. We call/email to confirm shipping address and get payment. Either you can pay by 2 etransfers (1 for invoice, 1 for shipping cost) or you can call 204-467-1858 and provide your credit card for invoice + shipping costs. We get the shipping cost from Canada Posts website so it takes a few days to get the items packaged, shipping calculated and sent to buyer. We appreciate your patience in having the parcels packaged.
